I tried the Conpoy and shrimp dumpling noodle, and both the noodles and dumplings were excellent. The poached white cabbage with fish tofu in a superior broth was also quite good, especially with the light sauce. The soy bean milk was tasty as well. From my previous orders, I can definitely say that the Conpoy and shrimp dumpling noodle is impressive. I loved the dumplings and the thick gravy that accompanied the noodles, alongside the soup on the side. The HK kailan was good, and the soy bean milk continued to be enjoyable.
I absolutely love the food here! The roast pork is fantastic, and their steamed spinach with three eggs is my favorite dish in Singapore—it's been consistently delicious for decades. It's definitely different from what you'll find at other branches. Plus, their yusheng is outstanding; the addition of fried taro strips gives it a unique twist!
This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy a meal. The service is generally good, though a bit slow at times. The food arrives hot, which makes for an enjoyable experience. Tea is served per person, which is a nice touch. The Pork Dumpling with Hot Sauce is delightful; the filling is generous and the meat is tender. The Steamed Chicken Feet are average, but the Steamed Truffle Mushroom Dumplings are outstanding and definitely worth a try. Unfortunately, the Pan-Fried Yam Cake, which is the restaurant’s specialty, was disappointing.
