Cha siew nothing to shout out, while wanton is infused with peppery spring onion taste. Soup is well brew with ikan ibis and strong pepper. Overall good bowl of wanton noodles that make people queue for it. Try it out if you’re within the vicinity.
Not too many reviews on this wanton mee stall but they are certainly one of the best that I've eaten. We heard of bacon bits, do you know of pork lard bits? . Similar to bacon bits but much more delicious
Would give it 3.5 stars! Value For $3.50, the portion is bigger than anywhere else. 3 wantons in the bowl of soup. Very generous with vegetables and char siew. Despite eating after 10 mins, the mee kia have no problem blending with the sauce. Char siew is average. Still prefer WTM at East Village.
Flavorful and nice springy noodles. Recommended for all wanton mee lovers. Be prepared for a queue during lunch hours.
Overall is good. Only feel their chilli tasted a little bit weird. Will come back next time try without chilli and see if overall will become excellent.
