Mcdonald's - Sioux Falls

Typical mcdonalds, would have got 5 stars if the service was faster. they are definitively understated, but hopefully that will change.

It is mcdonald’s that is said that they are quite efficient with waiting time also during the rush of this place is open 24 hours

Order was correct. Hash browns tasted like they were cooked in very.old oil. The real reason for the low review though was the service. The woman who took our order was rude, dismissive and pushy. I understand being flustered during a rush (I 've worked the industry most of my life, including a stint at this location years ago); but you still treat your customers with respect no matter what. Biggest issue with her service was when we went to order the number 7 meal, shown on their display as 2 breakfast burritos a hash brown and a drink. First she only entered one burrito, not the meal. Then when my gf corrected her saying, I wanted the meal. She was very rude and basically told us she couldn 't do that. If they are removing that meal, that 's whatever. But when a customer asks for something and you can 't do it there is a certain level of customer service expected. We ended up ordering the items separately and paying quite a bit more for doing so.

Ordered two (2) burgers and fries. Had to pull around? 15 mins later they got my order wrong. This is the worst McD's in Sioux Falls, go to 26th st.

I visited McDonald's yesterday with some friends and ordered a burger, which turned out to be the best burger I've ever had! I even spoke with the manager and asked if I could give the cook a hug, but he said no. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the customer service was excellent!
