Harold St Cafe - Slocan

I can't count the number of times that we've called harold st and they always answer and make sure they get you what you want, its always tasty and ready when they say it will be. Will be back for sure

We were starving for a good breakfast and this place caught our eye.We were able to sit on the patio and have our dog on the other side of the fence, which was nice!The food was average, but when you have a charismatic and sweet lady chatting to you and being so friendly, any problems are quickly overlooked.Loved this spot and will go back if ever in the area again!

While visiting my daughter near Slocan, B.C I stopped into this cafe for a bite. I rarely (once a year) order a hamburger, but I gave into the holiday spirit and tried their cheeseburger. The Hong Kong lady who is the owner/operator prepares all the food and she did a good job with the burger and fries. She also loves to chat, So if you are ever in Slocan and want a burger and conversation, this is the place.

Came in for Sunday lunch. You'll likely meet the owner Antonia who can tell you all about the town. We had the hummus and pita the the burger and soup. All was homemade and great! The soup was mushroom and spinach - very flavourful.

Great pre-trail lunch! Great options for veg-heads - I had the tofu reuben. YUM - all it needed was a little mustard which was provided. My partner had the taco salad (deep-fried taco bowl style) and thought it was delish (and more than enough.) Although the coffee we ordered didn't arrive (they have alcoholic coffee,)! the food, service and location were great. We'll be back when in the area again. Loved that they had a nature channel playing on the tv rather than sports, news or weather!
