Double Barley Brewing - Smithfield

Chili cook off was great! Love the events here. The new large TVs in the tap room are great for watching anything Wolf Pac. The Trivia nights are fun! The staff is always friendly.

We’re somewhat frequent visitors of double barley and love the low key atmosphere. Katie is a fantastic beertender, and trying to get a simple Trivia off the ground, she’s doing a great job! I’m a bit skeptical, though, when what I assumed to be the owner, was a bit off the wall? A bit of a turn off.

Date of visit 01/21/2023A very nice setup and I bet the outdoor patio is great in warmer weather. Decided to stop by and glad that I did. Had a few of their touche IPAs and one of their Ales. Was glad that they have food as well. The Margherita Flatbread was good. Their pretzels are huge, will try one next time.

Visited Double Barley on a whim last week with a friend who isn’t a big beer drinker. Josh was AMAZING and made us feel so welcome! When he realized she had never been to a brewery before he explained the beers on the menu and even gave us a tour of the facility! We got the pretzel with beer cheese and mustard to share and it was phenomenal. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Josh and Double Barley Brewing for making our day out so memorable!

We always have a great experience here. Food trucks or the kitchen. Brews are cold and delicious. The live music draws us here often!
