So first off I’ve been going to this place for years and I’ve always spent more than $50 everytime I’ve gone. Within the last year I’ve noticed a more and more LACK OF AUTHENTIC SUSHI the staff are 90% Hispanic and white and black l. I support anybody of any ethnicity to make a living working in the restaurant business but this place use to give the authentic Japanese cultured vibe that anybody who wants authentic sushi to have and it’s been less and less authentic within the last year since the beginning of 2022. This takes a big impact on how the quality of the sushi and overall food prepared and served. Also,Who ever the manger is needs to train the servers more on how to greet and take care of customers more professionally. This use to be my favorite local place to go to for sushi and if these few issues can be improved there’s more than a bright future for Kuroshio. Much love and respect.
