Ridge Cupbop Ramen - Snoqualmie

The owner was so nice and made us feel a home while telling us all about the different meals.

Ramen was bland compared to the other Ramen places I've gone to. It was disappointing, The pork belly was over cooked.

Was in Seattle over the weekends and found this amazing place around Snoqualmie. Boss was friendly and the food was great. The ramen and okonomiyaki is highly recommended!

Chicken wings are over cooked and stone hard. Way too salty.If you think food here is good, go to any other Korean or Japanese restaurant in Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond etc. it survived because lack of competition.Unimpressed and way overpriced.

Shoutout to Ridge Cupbop Ramen in Snoqualmie for THE BEST post adventure meal and service I've had in a very long time. We did the 22 mile bike ride from the Snoqualmie train tunnel to Rattlesnake Lake and it took us 2 hours longer to complete than intended due to my 11 year old feeling miserable the whole way. We called 10 min prior to closing and she said to come. The food was sooo good and the host was soo gracious and welcoming! If I didn't live 2 hours away I would be a regular for sure. (And the bike ride is well worth it as well!
