Burger King - Socorro

They always wait for over 15 minutes in the journey through. can't even get a simple order right. always missing items. must constantly check my own pockets and ask for them. the phone number on cards is not even in service, so they cannot call the load. they have no direct link to the right website to submit a complaint.

After a track meet we arrived at Burger King, they had already put chairs on the tables to close up. The manager met me at the door and welcomed my team of 15 in and fed us. We are very grateful. They were very accommodating and the food was great! And they were fast too! Many thanks from Hot Springs High School track team!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered the original chicken sandwich value meal with onion rings. What I got was so bad I wouldn't have fed it to a starving person. The chicken patty and onion rings were cikd and hard as a rock and had maybe 3 little tibt wilted pieces of lettace on it.I went back to have it made fresh and was given another meal that was exactly the sane nasty hard and stale meal but had a couple more pieces of wilted lettace on it.Both boys working the drive thru (one of which appeared to be the manager) were obviously to not even the trained, stoned out of their minds on something.I will be taking my hard earned money to another business who will at least care enough to give me food that I can actually eat.

I ordered, and my order was wrong. We waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. If your going to order keep it simple.

Went through the drive through at to wait 30 minutes but seen my order was ready .. but none of the employees gave it to me they were just up all on each other I saw their name tags and they were aubri and Manuel I told her it was disrespectful that she’s doing that
