They were out of everything we wanted to order so all 4 of is had to change out order twice! I ended up with a red cheese enchilada. It was mediocre at best. And that's being generous.
Loved the people were so friendly and great food I recommend everyone should eat there great place all around.
Friendly staff and tasty food. will definitely be back again on our next trip through New Mexico.
Desert Diamond in Socorro, NM is a great family destination. Friendly and accommodating, great menu, awesome staff. I love the taco salad and my hubby likes the taco burgers. Also note Desert Diamond is open an hour later than other restaurants in Socorro. Worth a trip whether you are local or just passing by on highway 85.
