The same cook has been with this restaurant for 26 years, ensuring that your first meal here is just as delicious as your last. The menu features traditional Mexican cuisine with a nice kick, along with some options that cater to different tastes. The owner is present during lunchtime to ensure that all guests receive excellent service. Everyone, except for the chef, speaks fluent Spanish and English.

I have the chili relano plate. The Chili's Batter was crisp and tasteful. The chili and the cheese wore the brownish taste of the red sauce well. I tried the green sauce on the side. It's hot. I liked the red sauce in the main dish and green sauce added to the heat level.

Fantastic food and service! Do yourself a favor and order one or two, or even six Sopapillas. They are absolutely delightful with honey! I stopped by for lunch while traveling from Roswell, NM to Winslow, AZ.

I ordered the ground beef tacos. The meat was greasy, barely enough to soften the bottom of the hard shell.

Classic new Mexican food; the green chili can be blazing hot. The restaurant interior is basic but serviceable. Check out their special board for daily changes.
