Subway - Somerville

This is my first time coming to eat at Panera Bread and i wasn't disappointed at all. I didn't know what to order since I've never been there and so i asked the young lady who was at the register what it is customers mostly order and she suggested the flatbread meal with bacon and chipotle. It was delicious, i also ordered a Ceaser Salad and it was nice and fresh. Great job young lady.

5.05.2021 update! The coffee dispensers are back!!!! This location is super close to where I live so love dropping by this location. The general Manger is on point and some of the draft like Carlos make this place THE location to drop by. When they're in position operations is smooth sailing and the line if any, moves very quickly. Once they're not here a lot of times the rest of the staff hides in the back and laughing playing on their phones or w.e. its kind of annoying. Honestly how is the front counter EVER VACANT? THAT LITERALLY IS THE POINT OF SALE??! Giving 5* because I like the general manger and does a good job when his in house. If I was coming here every once in awhile I'd prob give it a 2 or 3 for not paying attention to their customers.

Eat here about once a month, stopped in today after a dr's appt. I was greeted warmly as if I were a friend. I got a quiche and yogurt parfait for breakfast and I got a grilled cheese/tomato soup combo for lunch. Both meals were served piping hot and very tasty. I was helped both times by Caitlin who was so nice checking on me to be sure I had everything I needed. We need more people like Caitlin, she truly exemplifies service with a smile.

I ordered from here twice and received false articles. lately, they apparently had not the meat for cold cut combos, but instead of contacting me about it, they simply wrote 'N/A' next to the sandwich on the entrance and sent me a sharp Italian instead.

I forgot to dismantle the submissive. no idea how a subway that is.
