Time on Google is wrong. They close at 11. We showed up and girl basically said we are closed but in a rude manner

Absolute garbage. Always have some lie fired up about why they can't make their drinks right. Giving me drinks filled 75% with ice when I order a venti and when I call them out they say the drink you ordered is small .... Like what whhhatt??? Other Starbucks confirmed that was a lie! Ordered a cold brew like how can you mess that up?? There was 2% coffee in it like Fr! Like filled 98% with foam and had 2 swirls of coffee on the bottom. Threw the entire drink in the trash where this Starbucks belongs! And they will make you wait if you order online and give you a stank face attitude when you ask about it ignore you and walk away ... I would say go to another Starbucks there's one on every corner but they all have become trash. So just save your money and make your own coffee at least you know there will be actual COFFEE in it or go somewhere you trust where they're not trying to constantly hustle you. And lastly they get hella mad when you don't tip. As in will go from talking and friendly to stone cold expressionless and dead inside as soon as you pass on tipping. Try making the drink right then maybe you'll get tipped even tho you're already getting a paycheck from your employer like it's my responsibility to feed you..

I would just like to start off with I was helped by Johnathan and Noah and I would just like to say out of all the Starbucks I've been to they have been the best in customer service. They had amazing energy and were so kind, I had an issue with the mobile order but they were able to situate that and help me through the whole process. Thank you Johnathan and Noah

Friendly staff but EVERY time I go here it’s a long wait. I pay and I’m sitting at the window a minimum of 5 minutes for a regular pike coffee.. no specialty drink just black

The truth is that I wanted to study like I did before but now it's not possible anymore, and the tables were dirty.
