I absolutely love this store. i’ve been going here since i was 11, i’m 17 now. i love all of the people that work here, they are always so kind and always have such a bubbly personality and are always so sweet and put their whole heart into everything that they make. they all definitely deserve a raise. u003c3
I don't go to Starbucks. My daughter took me. We ordered white egg bites which were really good. I liked the atmosphere and the layout of their space. It's a nice store. My chai tea was.good, but next time I will order a chai tea latte
Now what I’m not gonna do, is complain about them not having enough staff — trying to find anyone qualified and willing to learn and do the job correctly is hard everywhere, so that’s not Starbucks’ fault. That being said, I feel like there is fault in why they don’t stir any of the syrups, sugars, etc into the drinks that they serve. I can always see the syrups just sitting at the bottom of my iced coffees, and today my bf thought they forgot to put the pistachio in his pistachio latte, but really when he got to the bottom of his drink, low and behold, there was all the flavor, lol. The staff is usually very kind, so I really try to give them the benefit of the doubt in the spirit of quick customer service, but more times than not, my $7 vanilla cinnamon cold brew tastes like $7 toilet water with flavor on the bottom.
The manager lied and said they could not sell vanilla or classic syrup. Unless the corporate policy has changed within the last year, the management is uninformed and undertrained.
