Auntie Anne's - South Burlington

Staff was nice and friendly. Unfortunately, trying Auntie Anne's Pretzel Nuggets for the first time was a huge let down. Maybe I received an old batch, but the bites were soggy and texture seemed undercooked. Cinnamon sugar poorly coated each piece, leaving some plain.

The staff here is always so nice and patient. I go back to this location every time.

Food and drink was good, exceptional service from workers Evan, and Hasan. Went out of their way to make my experience better.

I’ve been going there for 5 years. Never had a worse experience. Went today and had to wait 40 minutes for a pretzel because the employees had burnt 2 batches of my order. Terrible customer service! Short fat black lady slammed my order on the counter and left without even saying anything… Lost a valued customer today… Do better Auntie Annes

Staff with no manners! Maybe the rude employees could explain to their district manager why it would take 15 minutes for a pretzel when there's 4 people working in the store and there's no other customers and they're sitting around joking. 11/17/2022 6pm.
