Eco Bean Greens - South Burlington

Okay, first I'm a meat eater, so I was really hesitant to try something. I decided to give her chili a shot, although there is not meat based and WOW! It was really good! I've been back three times. I tried a few other things on the menu and enjoyed them, but that was by far my favorite. The place is incredibly clean and beautiful inside! You can really spend time on the design and hasn't skipped anything. I would like to see that they offer a house made Salsa also for their lime-taco shells, I think it was called? I really enjoyed that also and some fresh salsa would really push it over the top. It is obvious that all their ingredients are high-quality organic ingredients. I will not lie, but I know that some people in non gmo, all organic and you are sure that here I am not one of those people, I am in food that tastes good and delivers this place safe!

So a great place to go especially for healthier options. Amazing service every time! The Lime Taco Bowl is together with practically everything else to die on the menu!

Amazing quality organic ingredients, very well cured. Creative menu of hot drinks, smoothies and salads/bowls. I go through phases of binding to specific menu items for weeks, now I am in a Golden Milk Latte/Smoothie and Pad Thai Bowl Phase avo and Chicken to make it hearty). The bowls are large enough to get two meals. Friendly property and personnel passionate about the quality of the products they offer. You get what you pay for.

I just had what my favorite vegan caesar salad is now. It was delicate, crisp, tasteful and tasty. My husband is a carnivore and was very happy with the Mongolian beef. All ingredients are very high quality.

I created my own bowl tonight it was the best meal I’ve had all week. I’m so glad this place is right around the corner.
