Customization is King! We were planning a birthday celebration at the house and the birthday girl said she wanted a red velvet cake with no frosting . Um. How to do it? Nothing Bundt Cakes to the rescue. Nothing Bundt Cakes has 12 different flavors, 3 different frosting options (including the desired no frosting and so many customizable decoration options.Additionally, the cakes come in three sizes, full, mini Bundt and a cupcake sized Bundt option. The shop in South Euclid is clean and bright with more than ample parking. Online ordering is super simple and allows for all the custom choices to be made easily. Pick up was a breeze.At first, I thought the cake was small, but it was so rich and moist without being overly sweet and so filling that, yes, that size cake is 14 servings. My son, who is very picky, gave it high praise.

The staff who actually make the food wear hairnets as hats, if at all. Their filthy hair, down to their waist for some, is far to close to the food.

So I'd seen this place and knew people that had been there but I'd never tried. I'm home recuperating from surgery and my daughter bought me an individual bundtlet. I AM HOOKED!!! I usually don't eat anyone else's Bundt/pound cake because I am obsessed with the ones my Mother makes. I had the classic vanilla and it was so delicious! It was so moist and the icing was just enough, as I usually don't do icing. According to their website there are other flavors and I want to try them, but I'm sending my daughter back for another classic vanilla today. I can't wait until I'm able to visit the store in person.
