Culver's - South Haven

Sat in the front of the line for 24 minutes waiting on a cheeseburger meal. Had to go inside and get a refund. Their reason was they couldn?t find my vehicle? (note: there was nobody in my line for 15 minutes. some of us do not have time to wait for our meals. The owner did a very poor job at rectify the situation. Communication is key. Clearly they lack that.

This Culver's had the same courteous service and the same tasty food we love Culver's for. The bewildering thing was that there were two drive through lanes. Each lane had a Culver employee in a special booth that took the orders like you were inside at the counter. This employee took the money and our name. Then we pulled up to the window and got our drinks and a post-it note number for our mirror. Then we pulled up to our place in the pick-up lane. We thought all of this would lead to getting our order quicker. Unfortunately, this was not the case.

Great food- it was fresh and hot. We ordered a kids meal and the assistant general manager thought it was a good idea to bring the ice cream before our food. Instead of apologizing, she said that her employees are trained to ask if you want the ice cream before or after. He was not asked and this lady should have some common sense that if you present ice cream in front of a 4 year old, they?re going to want it immediately. Not a good system!! Instead of apologizing and make it better for the customers, they try to turn it around on you. The employee who brought us our food was nice and employees walking around were friendly. The manager- not so much!

Went for frozen yogurt, so yummy. Line was long, but they have a unique drive thru where there are 2 booths to give your order and money so the line moved quickly. The only confusion was when they asked me to pull over even though I had received my entire order.

Great food and always friendly staff. This Culver's is relatively new and already is running like a nicely oiled machine. Keep up the good work. It's hard to find better tasting burgers.
