DO NOT COME HERE. Waited 1 hr 30 mins for 6wings. Not worth the wait. Go to calumet city, much faster!!Food: 1/5

Mistake made on sauces but was corrected and given free pop for error. Overall good experience and lady at counter was extremely friendly and courteous.Food: 3/5

The Chicken from here be bussin BUT the customer service is horrible. You're almost better off not calling at all at this Harold's Chicken because you will be wasting your time on the phone waiting for them to hang up on you. However... the chicken is still really good no cap.

When I say this really curb my craving and gave me the satisfaction, I ordered the catfish and wings and I am very happy and pleased about my order I will be a returning customer.

I ordered some large fries and when I got home I did not have them after I paid over $5. I call them and ask for my refund or to speak to a manager who never has returned both of my calls so at this point I will never do business here again.
