Azul-latin Kitchen - South Lake Tahoe

We recently spent a month in South Lake Tahoe and this was our favorite place to eat and drink. They have an extensive menu that can be easily veganized and the wait staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help. They have a big outdoor patio and live music most days.

I got a vegan burrito with sweet potato and corn salsa, plus tons of other stuff! So good! Please not the guac is not vegan here.

As a local, I like to stay away from tourist traps. But, I do LOVE Azul. The food is pricey, but totally worth it! It is so fresh and delicious. Big portions too. The margaritas are super yummy. The staff is super knowledgeable about veganism too.
