Dairy Queen - SOUTH LANCASTER

We were in your location on Saturday, August 28th at approximately 2:15pm. There were no other customers in front of us or in the business at all except for cars at the drive thru window. You had two staff members in the front and one in the back we could see. One staff member was busy with the drive thru and another one, standing about 12 feet away from us, on the other side of the counter, preparing a tray of one of the ice cream dishes. This staff person not once did she look up to acknowledge us in anyway and neither did the of staff member who clearly saw us when she was going back and forth to the drive thru window. We stood there for several minutes wondering if someone would at least acknowledge us, never happened. We left and that is why I felt it necessary to write this review. As well, teach your staff to spell correctly, 'dining ' is not spelled 'dinning '....grrrr!

Family owned, great homey service. You see the same servers year after year. My favourite is any Blizzard or dessert that has Reeses pieces in it...yum!

Nice place for ice cream snack on a hot muggy evening.They also have fast food type meals hamburgers hot dogs fries fish and chicken,all very acceptable.

The outdoor intercom was finally fixed in 2018. The food is good, but the fries come in small portions. The ice cream is delicious. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with friendly service from the staff. Although it is on the expensive side, I do enjoy dining at this establishment.

Situated in a popular tourist area in South Lancaster, Dairy Queen is a bustling destination during the summer months due to its unique menu that sets it apart from other restaurants. My favorite item to order is the chocolate sundae.
