Feedback gevenI never write bad reviews but this time was just too much every single time they get something wrong with your order, either they don?t add the bacon you paid for or make the burgers without the sauce this time both, no extra patty that I paid for andsauce missing as well as wrong bun, fries soggy and cold. I would highly recommend anyone going here check their full orderbefore leaving the drive through.
Customer service is horrible, I ordered to dine in and as I watched every one else get there meals with a choice if they wanted condiments, I wasn't even asked if I needed anything else, I had to go to the front to ask for it. Now I'm thinking was itbecause I was Black because I was the only one in there who was. It makes me wonder, sad to see this happen in a country that Ihave wore a uniform for 30 years in the Army, been deployed multiple times for this country and still get treated like a secondclass citizens.We as a country got to do better.
Large personal and good eating (of course.) the menu is readable and very easy to understand that eating is great. They offer junior sizes, since all in tecas is eating a great amount. the only part of this wasaburger was the baths, they are a person bath and there is always a line, whether it only customers or people to use only too foot in the bathroom.
Check your order before you leave or go far.My third and final order here, the meat was left off the bun. How do you forget to put meat on a bun??? My first order the coffee was warm at best. My second order was wrong. I will go to Port Isabel. They seem to have it together.
Thank you Whataburger for taking the time to ask me what would I like to order. But not take the time to give me my correct order!!! Basically I got whatever you wanted to give me!!!!
