Winchell's Donut House - South Pasadena

Clean, efficient, friendly, and quick! It's a fantastic spot to grab a bunch of donuts for a school party on Friday!

This is the best place in Pasadena! The staff are exceptional, and the restaurant has a spacious, well-designed interior with plenty of parking. I come here every Friday!

Most of the bagels and cream cheese are fresh. Once I had to ask her to replace the cream cheese. It's best to get their donuts tomorrow because they're sometimes stabbed. Can't stand Stale Donuts. The lady in there is overwhelmed, they really don't have enough workers. All right.

Listen to this! I just came out of that Winchelles in south Pasadena and was mistreated by the stupid and condescending cashier or manager. He had a thick accent and glasses. He was insulted when I told him his disgusting donuts were stale!!! Someone is disturbed because I mention the truth. He starts DISAGREEING with me and I then said they 're stale every time I go in there. I asked him if he had anything fresher. He finally gives me one raised donut and I give him my cake donut I had broken in half. He continues ARGUING look it is soft! And presses it. I said Not to me . It 's stale. He said we made them in the morning . I said well that was the morning it 's FIVE PM NOW. No donut in the afternoon is fresh when made in the morning. What a creepy jerk getting bent out of shape over a donut. I tried to be as nice as I could to someone who is obviously MENTAL and doesn 't have good customer service. I 'm sure he is abusive with that kind of personality.

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly, and the customer service is excellent. Thank you!
