Taco Bell - South Pittsburg

I am not going to give them a bad review just because I have worked in fast food before and I know that 90% of the night shift workers are kids, and mistakes can happen. However, I do believe that some of them could benefit from additional training. When we placed our order, we requested a soft taco instead of a crispy one with our combo. The cashier did not make the change on the screen, so I had to remind them. Additionally, when we received our order, we realized that they had given us regular Fiesta potatoes instead of the pure potatoes we had ordered. We also had to go back for the 3 Doritos Tacos that were missing from our bag. Unfortunately, we noticed that the cinnamon twist was missing as well, but we decided not to turn back for it. Overall, most of the food was good and the cashier at the window was friendly, but I wish the entire process had been smoother.

Richard, the employee on his second day, is a very efficient drive-thru worker. He is a great multitasker and always gives his all. Bailey, Payton, and Richard work well together on the cooking line, ensuring orders are completed accurately and quickly. This late-night crew is a must-have for your restaurant. Come visit the Scottsboro location soon.
