The chili was terrible during my last two visits. There were so many uncooked pinto beans in it that I couldn't eat it. I counted 148 beans after having eaten some. The rest went in the trash. I won't be returning to this Wendy's again.

I experienced a long wait during my visit. Despite asking five times for Dr. Pepper, I received cola instead. I also requested no tomato on my chicken sandwich, but they still added one. To top it off, the chicken was dry and overcooked.
