Feedback gevenI was not impressed, there was a large variety of fatty food like sausages and bacon, very little healthy cereals, fresh fruit. Limited types of breads. It was very costly considering I only wanted a continental breakfast.
I enjoy coming to Frenzy but being a vegetarian its a bit of a pain trying to figure out which food is vegetarian or not. Other buffets that I have been to have the dish name with a V symbol or something to indicate its meat free.
I have dined at this restaurant many times over the years, but the recent experiences have been consistently disappointing. The price of the meals on the dinner menu does not justify the poor quality. Despite providing feedback on the issues, receiving a free meal credit will not entice us to return. During our last visit, we ordered the Nasi Goreng. The tofu was extremely rubbery, suggesting it had been precooked and reheated. It was disappointing to see such a simple dish go so wrong. The other meal we had was just passable, but the high prices do not reflect the value provided for dinner. It seems that the lunchtime specials and member prices offer a better balance between quality and cost.
If your on a budget you can't beat a $13 lunch which is tasty, fresh and filling. We have never had a bad meal there and the service is very quick and staff are very polite.
Went to Sharks last night for dinner at the buffet. The food was awful! Will never eat there again. Even the dessert was gross! Apart from being Luke warm,at best, the food tasted like I would imagine if it had been sitting there for a week. Yuk! No wonder there were not many people eating at the buffet because no one would come back after eating there once. Ace it up Sharks! How embarrassing for Gold Coasters when visitors go to Sharks to eat. BAAAAFFF!
