Ordered 2 cakes for my daughter 1st birthday, one for cake smash and one for them to cut. the cake was exactly as I wanted, which went with our minnie maus thema and tasted delicious. the service I received from the norwood road was fantastic.

Paul's provide us at Khalsa Primary school with all of our cakes for celebrations. They are always great to deal with and everyone loves their cakes!

Great selection of cakes. Needed a gluten free cake and had one the next day. Tasted amazing, was great value for money and on the side I had a torpedo toastie' great sandwich 10/10

I am giving one star for avarage taste. I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday on halloween. Obviously it was a photo cake with Halloween theme as discussed with the staff. Here how it looks a photo of him chucked on the cake. Horrible. Very disappointed. Instead you can see the other cake which our friend made which is amazing, feels back to my mood little bit. Never ordering it again.

Rang to order a vegan cake. Was told I could only have vegan sponge and cream but no fruit and jam. When I queried why I couldn’t have fruit or jam the lady I was speaking to behaved like I was more of an inconvenience than a customer trying to place an order. She seemed unclear (constantly leaving me hanging to have a conversation with another member of staff with no apology) on what cakes are offered. A simple “sorry madame we are unable to provide a vegan cake” would have sufficed.
