Mcdonald's - Southaven

I have been frequenting this restaurant for breakfast for the past month, but it appears that this particular location is struggling to maintain an efficient system. This has happened twice in the last week. If I can locate the corporate number, I will be making a complaint. The service has been terrible.

If you can go to any other McDonald’s please do, every time I come to this location it’s always something. I went there couple days ago I ordered A Mchicken, 4 piece nuggets and small fries and a drink. Tell me why I get the bag go home and as I’m reaching to get my fries out the bag it’s a whole in the bag they put my fries in and I know they saw that it’s pretty hard not to ,the fries flew right out not to mention they only put 10 fries in the bag I was highly upset they just threw the food together like they always do. Don’t expect your food to be fresh coming here and they always mess up orders and just about all of the staff there have nasty attitudes. They just give you your food no hi , no have a great day or nun bad customer service. It really shows that they hate their jobs.

They’re so slow to bring the food, I waited more than 10 minutes for just a small fries

We waited for 30 minutes, with the lady repeatedly asking us to hold on. When we finally pulled around, she informed us that orders could only be placed at the window. After going back and waiting for another half-hour, our order was never taken. This was the worst McDonald's experience we have ever had.

I ordered a burger.I bite into it it is Bleeding with blood. It was raw. No thank you i'm not a vampire.
