La Casetta - Southend-on-Sea

Hidden gem of an Italian restaurant that serves a fantastic Sunday roast. The roast itself is excellent. Our waiter, Fernando, was friendly and provided great service. Definitely worth a visit!

This restaurant is an excellent spot for genuine Mediterranean cuisine. The ambiance is lovely, and the staff are very friendly. However, parking can be a bit challenging, which is typical in Leigh.

Great food, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere. Will definitely go back. Thank you for a nice, really inexpensive excellent meal.

Visits here with 6 family members in the evening of the 29th December. The restaurant was not packed, but enough people to make a pleasant atmosphere. The service was very good with attentive staff, but not annoying. Upon arrival they offered to take our coats. When viewing the menu, the waiter was informed about what specials were offered on the regular items in the menu this evening. My husband had his favorite, Steak other members of our party had pasta duck followed by various sweets that were all cooked to perfection delicious. We were the last in the restaurant in contrast to some places we were not exploited All round large square, great food service. We will definitely visit again.

This was our first visit, but certainly not our last. We celebrated our granddaughter's 18th birthday here last night (May 31, 2022), and from the moment we walked in, we felt a lovely atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly—I won't name anyone specifically because they were all great. The food was delicious and faultless, all at a reasonable price. We're already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!
