I had an AMAZING experience with my family in this restaurant. the customer service was superb! our food was fresh and hot; I have to say, pretty daring delicious. I would like to thank the team and their area manager heather, who was very hospitable and treated my family and I love good friends. Thanks again young, we'll be back!

If I were 0. friend and I walked in, never was a big boy of this style. waited because there was no seat sign and the workers were behind the tresor and walked around. waited 5 minutes, while 2 customers went to a counter to get the tours. Finally, a man asked if we needed something, I answered, we were just never here, did not know what to do, whether to sit or order on the counter. he said someone was with us, we waited 10 minutes, while several tables around us were waiting for various employees. we went out and after we had gone, I called myself to a man who claimed to be manager, explained my situation, he said well that they were gone, so what I wanted him to do, then said that I was smart when I said at this point, I wanted to know why we were ignored and he was hanging up. they were not excessively busy or under the servants when we were there. beyond ridiculous and whoever this manager was, of course, does not know how to run a restaurant or deal with customers at professional level. will not be back, big boy was decent. would like to talk to the owner about my experience I am sure that our visit and our wait on the camera was caught to check.

We went to big boy and ordered the big boy and fries $10 special. the hamburgers and drinks were good, but the fries were dry, hard and saw old and burned. I was surprised and disappointed. but the type that greeted us and took our order was wonderful so that the 3 stars are for him.

The food was delicious and it's at a great location but terrible customer service. The waitress never came to check on us as we sat a hour waiting for our bill to come. Never offered us refills. Keep in mind the restaurant was empty the whole time and they were filling to go orders.

We came in to meet an old friend here for coffee. The waitress was very you sweet, but once she brought our coffee, never came back to check if we wanted anything or more coffee.Upon leaving, the manager approached us and began chatting. He was the nicest guy. Was so sincere I his Thank you for coming in Next time I'm in the area, I will definitely come back to this location.
