Feedback gevenI don’t usually leave reviews but I’ve been to this location and have had my online orders mixed up or something missing several times. Every time I ask for things to get fixed or replace properly I’m met with complete hostility and rudeness. The manager (I assume) is never kind or apologetic for her or her staff mistakes.I’ve managed pizza restaurants and retail before and could never imagine speaking to customers the way this woman does.
Another location but looks like the same standard of customer service. Walk in with no line and no one behind me or in sight. Ask for a quesadilla and with the worst attitude possible she says that's for online orders only. First that makes no sense but regardless there are a dozen better ways to communicate this but it seems to be the standard at Chipotle to be beyond rude. They proceed to build me a disaster of a burrito that I don't even eat and ended up trashing it.
The last two times I’ve gone to this location the food and service was subpar. It’s not what it used to be.
Everything is very delicious although I think the place is very small.
This is the first time I even cared about leaving a Google reviewBeen going here for years now and this hasnt been a problemWhen I ask for double chicken i expect double chicken, this new hire (im assuming) doesnt know portions which is fineI willingly paid for a double chicken bowl with a single portion of chicken because:#1 I would rather save my energy than debate with kids#2 I do not want to be that guyIts just ridiculous that I would have to speak up, I don’t want to spend the energy to do that, and I’m okay with you guys profiting off of me, just don’t keep making this a problem for me its annoying I have greater things to do than leave a review because you guys dont know your own portionsPlease train your employees better i want to just go in and get out with my food
