Great food, overpriced. Doesn't really matter how good it taste, $36 for to club sandwich combos to too much

We always see staff, including MANAGERS, eating and drinking on the counters by the window where food is sent through I would think after Covid you would want to be a bit more aware. That is not acceptable. Makes us wonder what goes on in the back not seen by customers. We may also suggest your managers take training in customer service. The females are extremely unfriendly, NEVER smile or speak to most customers. Lastly, stay off your damn phones!

First time eating at the Southlake location. Went on a Friday evening and it was pretty slow business. The gentleman at the counter was nice. I ordered the limited time pork nachos with chicken tortilla soup and the wife the choose two with a grilled chicken club and a sous with cheese and bacon. The nachos were good, wish it came with just a oit more pork. The wife enjoyed her sandwich and spud. The reason for 3 stars for atmosphere is due to several tables had dirty dishes from previous patrons. While we were eating, two employees did go around and pick up the dirty dishes.
