Tried to upsell. No staff communication. Felt like we were in a front for organised crime. No warmth. Been coming on and off for over 20 years. Very disappointed. Food was average also.

We went after a matinee at the Young Vic nearby and chose the standard fayre of pate, steak and crumble . The steak was actually quite tasty, fries very average. Pate, desserts, beer and coffee all did the job. Efficient service . The place was packed by the time we left. nothing special but did the job at a reasonable price.

I wasn't impressed with this place massively overpriced and uninspiring food. We had a mezze starter which was absolutely tiny and so expensive for what it was. The mains were very plain and not very tasty. Many options in Borough market so i'd go elsewhere!

The prix fixe menu offers exceptional value for this location in London . Good Bar area pre dinner , can get busy , good attentive staff . Looks like they have had a go at revamping the Men’s bathroom area on the first floor since my previous visit . This really has failed and is not pleasant at all . It is not at all up to scratch with the rest of the house. Put it back as was or have another go .

Wow what an amazing venue, top class service. Was seated in the balcony over looking the main entrance waitress was amazing ..wish I got her name to leave her a personal review Pina Colada cocktails are stunning and very tasty. Place was a vibe and music was at the right level and a great playlist even tried to #Shazam a tune . Starters was King prawns which was delicious and I didn't want my starters to end. Taste sensation and the garlic butter had a little zest to tickle your taste buds. Mains was on par, I am an AM for another chain and we serve steaks but what a delight to be dining at this restaurant. I will be back and I recommend the fillet cooked to my perfection . I even asked for fresh chilli's and was asked which course i required them for...starters or mains top class attention to detail . I plan on visiting again at least once a week as my new place to have an amazing evening and feel like every penny spent was fully worth the gastronomical pleasure. After dinner we sat by the downstairs bar and staff were so happy and friendly and very engaging. They had security felt self but fail to see why anyone would cause trouble in this stunning venue in amongst a vibrant location. Look forward to tasty more of your menu.
