Love all waffle house’s and that’s not an exception. I hate that they changed the menus. they have taken out many things and increased the price to everything else.

It tried to make a call to 5 o'clock. no answer. drive up the road and not one customer. go in, cook on a stand. server magically appears. looks and looks like it on good drug. I'm sorry. the chef saw to make my food to make sure it was safe to eat. when I get my food. I'll tell them how bad the whole experience is.

If I could give zero stars that would fit this place and their service. I went a total of 4 of us, Sunday afternoon, a page empty with taking a couple on the table. the other side had no available tables. we started to go to the empty tables and the young lady cried behind the theke that the side is closed so the couple sits in a closed section? without offering to sit at another place, especially without empty tables on the side not closed we felt unwinded and without option left. extremely unprofessional incredible. in this day and age I would hate to use the ren card, but what other explanation could it be? we are otherwise left with her, is lazy, unpleasant and has not the best interest in waffle house in the eye, as they turned away customers. whatever the explanation do better! and get rid of the lazy excuse from an employee.
