Arby's - Spanish Fork

Service was great! Went inside and got my order to go and the gals at the counter were super nice and helpful. Very efficient too! I live in Payson and prefer this Arby's as they actual slice their beef thin, as it should be. Thank you for a greatexperience!

Great lunch. Hard to get in and out of parking lot due to new target construction but nice dining room which is updated and the food is good Arby's food.

I haven't been to Arby's in decades. I was pleasantly surprised with my brisket sandwich and the service was polite, good and effective. I'll be back.

Poor service. I had the roast the beef sandwich and the beef was thick and tasted like spam. NOT GOOD. Management was too busy yelling at team members that it took 10 minutes to get my sandwich. Mcdonalds has better service and could get my food outfaster.

I went through their drive through a few days ago and i wish i hadn?t. Ive worked in food service for years and i know going near close is always annoying for employees so i tried to be as polite as possible. When i got to the window i asked the boySeth how he was doing and he was very short with me. Okay. I get a hard day at work. I waited a while for my food (a turkeysandwich and an order of the fish sticks with fries. I assumed they were making it fresh so i didn?t mind waiting. Then a girlwith blue hair who i think might be a manager opened the window, shoved the food at me and slammed the window closed. My frieswere old and my fish sticks were so old they fell apart when i picked them up from sitting in their own grease for so long. Iwon?t be returning to a place that treats people like this. Regardless of rough days or being close to closing time, no oneshould have an experience like this.
