Feedback gevenWe arrived at the restaurant 5 minutes before our reservation time, only to be told that they had no record of our reservation. Despite showing them our confirmation on the OpenTable app, they were unable to find it and we were placed on a waitlist for another 20-30 minutes. If the rest of our party had not been on their way, we would have considered leaving. We were finally seated at 4:45pm, only to receive a phone call from the same restaurant asking if we planned on keeping our reservation. Despite saying yes, they had already seated us due to their inability to locate our reservation. Our waitress seemed overly friendly but lacked a sense of urgency. It took several minutes for drinks and to take our order, over 20 minutes for dessert, and only 1 out of 2 requested to-go boxes. It took 20 minutes for a refill as well. The entire paying process also dragged on. The food was average and the service was terrible.
I made a reservation and when we arrived, the restaurant was very busy. We were pleasantly surprised to be seated right on time. Our waitress and all the staff were friendly and efficient. We ordered the Chipotle salmon and spicy chicken soba, both of which were delicious. The menu includes calorie counts, making it easy for me to stick to my diet with many healthy options.
Overall, the experience was great. Our server, Alex, was excellent and the food was amazing.
We are fans of BJ’s and usually rate our experience as 5. This visit left us a little disappointed with the food. My ribs and baked potato were good, but my broccoli was almost raw. My wife’s salmon was a little overcooked and dry, but the rest of her meal was good. On a positive note, it was great to be able to make a reservation and be assured of a seat.
Awesome restaurant ambiance and service was great. Would recommend to everyone.
