El Jefe Kitchen - Sparta

It’s hard to express how incredible the experience I had at El Jefe Kitchen was. The Huevos Rancheros were possibly the best I’ve ever had. That includes in Mexico and Texas. Great food, really nice people, good location. I will be back!

Awesome food and service. The Gordita was amazing. We will go back! Nice to find in a small town like Sparta.

We were excited to visit this restaurant but did not have a great experience. We were there for lunch, and there was only 1 server who was also hosting. Everything took time. We had to ask 2 times to get drink refills after our drinks were emptied. Our food was just ok. Chips and dip was great, but the rest was either not good or just ok. We don't plan to return as there are other restaurants much better.

Wow, what a find in small town America! The food was excellent and will be back for more.

Thank you for providing a much needed injection culinary diversity into Sparta! What a blessing to have such a fantbulous family of owner operators who will come out of the kitchen to make you feel welcomed and most affectionately full of Latin American flavors. Pupusas.... Order them! Ooooorder MANY of them!
