Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

I had food on Saturday 04/13/24 and the fries were really good but the chicken tasted like somebody had smoked cigarettes around them and didn’t wash their hands afterwards. I called today 4/15/24 as when I called the day of they had closed and the day after I was booked all day for wedding preparations. I called today, 4/15/24, just letting them know about the experience, not asking for a refund or a remake, and the woman on the phone had a rude and obnoxious tone towards me and proceeded to criticize me about how I shouldve called the day of when I had already specified that they were CLOSED and I was booked the next day. She proceeded to have a rude tone with me as I politely told her that I didn’t have the receipt, as I didn’t pay for the food myself and she told me off with the most obnoxious tone telling me that I need to get a receipt and they couldn’t do anything. IF YOU WANT FOOD AT A ZAXBYS YOU’RE BETTER OFF FINDING A NEW ONE FURTHER AWAY, THIS ZAXBYS DOESNT KNOW HOW TO NOT SMOKE AROUND THE FOOD THEY MAKE. eat at this location if you wish, but I wouldn’t after eating pure tobacco.

The food was hot, but the chicken tenders were tough.

Employee went to the restroom and did not wash his hands!!! He took a number 2 and just went straight back to the kitchen! When my friend called to speak to the manager they didn’t offer anything and kinda laughed about it! DISGUSTING!!

This Zaxby's is the worst in the country. Blatantly racist employees and terrible food. Greedy on the condiments, and a dirty dining area.Drive 5 minutes farther to the one beside Dorman HS, it sets the bar on what this restaurant should be.

Table was dirty, couldn’t find a clean table. The chicken sandwich I order was old and small.
