Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant And Bar

We had been on the road for over 10 hours and were looking forward to a good Mexican meal. We found the Guadalajara Mexican Restaurant and Bar and, because there were so many cars parked in the lot (very busy place! , we figured it must be good. We ordered a black bean burrito with onions and the Enchilada a la Crema with onions. Neither of our meals had onions in them, the rice tasted burnt, and the server never returned to our table to ask how our meal was until she brought the bill. We told her we were disappointed in the food, but there was no offer to adjust the bill or any other compensation. Personally, I would not return to this restaurant because it was not to my liking. However, that being said, there were plenty of other diners who seemed to be enjoying their meals.

The best place in South Dakota for Mexican food. Been there twice this week already.

Food was bland with no flavor or seasoning. Poor service, waitress dropped off chips and salsa and never came.back for drink refills till after food arrived. We ordered queso but never had chips to eat it with till after food was delivered. Margaritas were weak and not tasty at all both the frozen and on the rocks.

Fantastic in every way. This is a great family restaurant with superb service.

The salsa was the best! the smoky salsa was really unique and good! our Pollo Asada had some of the best flavor ever. we were in town three years ago and ate here and now we’ve come again. They are doing things right!
