The brisket burnt end was really good. The ribs were dry today. The blackberry cobbler, Hash brown casserole, and pinto beans were delicious. The pinto beans and butter beans (Sundays only) are ALWAYS FREE!!! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Best ribs west of the Pedernales. I'm not sure if the sweet and spicy or dry rub are better... try both. them butter beans are also killer, and the spicy corn is off the charts. I love the rustic atmosphere and ample portions. My favorite BBQ joint. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Opies is Good BBQ! You order your meat main dish at the door and help yourself to the fixings potluck style. This is close to Willie Nelson's LUCK Ranch but the waitress said she never sees him.
