Dude the cashier was amazing he didn't complete just my order but my heart the food was bussing for sure. They egg rolls on point but overall would absolutely recommend the sour dough burgers great for the late night munchie

As an employee in the customer service industry. I have never been more dissatisfied with my experience here. I ordered my food and went home to find that I was missing an item. I know things happen, so upon driving back to the establishment and explaining that my order was not even what I ordered the (very distasteful) manager with long strawberry blonde hair questioned what I was missing, like I cooked and prepared the order in the bag, and when I was explaining what was in the bag and what was wrongly put in she corrected me telling me what they forgot and then continued to argue with me. I was very nice and understanding through everything but as a manager, that is unprofessional. Even in fast food. On sight. IYKYK. Period.

I like Jack in the Box. The drive thru employee was really friendly. I didn't go in the restaurant. It's still fast food. But got a decent dinner for 2 people off the value menu for $11 dollars.

I wish I could rate 0 stars! We were in the restaurant and an employee came in to talk to his manager. The manager started yelling at the employee in front of us. I was baffled. She walked away, and the employee said “so you’re not going to talk to me?”. She was yelling at him from the back cooking area about how “she has no time to talk to her employees because he’s not important”. Yes those were her words! This is why I will never ever work in fast food or come to this location ever again. The manager was completely disrespectful to the employee. They really need to get some new managers!

Came in to order food. Needed to use the bathroom first. The lady said no code to bathroom unless you order food first.. I find that very rude. I will never come to this location again. Pines and mission.. first of all we are not all drug users and they should have a little more respect for the people who come in and buy food from them because without the customer's there is no restaurant and no job for you to work at....
