This coffee shop has mixed reviews coming from me. I've stopped going because of very poor service and then returned months later to find new, better people. I love that they keep your order (but thats it) ... doing away with the only low-carb, non dairy option (Macadamia Nut Milk), and one of the most popular sugar-free syrups (toasted marshmellow) was the last straw for me really. And another new girl who was rude and didn't listen to our order.Back to the non chain place up the the street who has mac milk, sugar-free syrup, AND always friendly service. With so many people living a low carb life style I highly recommend catering a bit more to them, or you will lose that market.Dietary restrictions: Please bring back a low carb option other than heavy cream ?
