Starbucks - Spring

I've never had an issue here before (been going to the same location for over 10yrs). It looks like there's some new people working shifts without people who've been there longer to guide them. I've had my drink messed up 3 times total (all different transactions some with unpleasant interactions). I work in a similar industry so I understand it's not the workers fault if they're not being trained correctly or being short staffed.

Looks like they were short staffed so we had to wait.

I have work on a Sunday and thought it be nice to get coffee at 6:20. As I pull to the window they say they're closed? Multiple cars in line and unable to order. Won't be back at this location as it seems like the people inside did not want to work so early.

This is by far the best starbucks i’ve been to always helpful even when i don’t know what to order , staff is so attentive .

Today one visited and they were brilliant, the young man in the window was beautiful and prepared my drink on standard.
