Greco Pizza - Springdale

This restaurant is terrible. They do not adhere to their listed hours and never answer the phone. Now I have to drive to Grand Falls Greco instead.

It can be a challenge to actually get a bite to eat at this restaurant. They don't stick to the posted opening hours.

Ordering from this restaurant can be a frustrating experience. They do not have a standard phone number for ordering and do not accept online orders. If you do manage to get through on the phone, there is often so much background noise that it can be hard to communicate. It's best to visit in person to place your order. The food is okay, but they often do not offer flavored crust and the service can be hit or miss. The staff at Greco are friendly, but this particular location is inside a store and some of the staff may not meet expectations. If there was another option for decent pizza in Springdale, I would not choose to dine here.

A long drive across the island Springdale just happened to be our destination place to sleep. across the road from our motel we visited Greco. 60 dollar order which is completely fine unless of course you end up getting ripped off like my family did. a half hour wait and oven subs have apparently turned into flatbreads now hard as a rock flat like someone rolled it out with a rolling pin . my assumption is they tried to stretch out old dough. my flavoured crust hadn 't been put on either of the pizzas. when I returned to the store after my children were so hungry they refused to help me . they refused to remake it . argued with me subs are always done on flatbread as if I haven 't ever eaten one before . the employee argued she did it all right flavored crusts as on. I actually worked at Greco . it was awful it took manager 20 minutes to show up at the store and then agree flavored crust was indeed not put on but he could add it on to our now cold pizza. the manager being a much too young to understand customer service his mother joined him and told him to refund me cause you will never please her very rude management. I still had to leave without meals hungry children and starving parents. awful experience . I hope these guys can get some customer service skills and learn to ensure orders and service are some correctly , then when mistakes do happen indeed fix them instead of not wanting to admit you made a mistake. thanks again Corey little league management of Greco pizza in Springdale . sincerely a still very hungry customer with very hungry children .
