Big Sexy Food Downtown Springdale

Surprise date night? Lunch? Quick bite?! From the atmosphere, the staff, to the food, if only I could give 10 stars!! I was really hoping to meet the owner to tell him what an awesome restaurant he had and to thank him for being so creative and giving food a new meaning! Bless...the food was HANDS DOWN...THE BOMB! It was mine and my husband's first time here as it a surprise date night from the hubby and we WILL be back...but we will be bringing friends next time! Just look at this food we ordered, looks don't do it justice!! ?‍? ?

I’m one of the eight friends that didn’t leave and definitely did not enjoy my time here, so please don’t speak for any of us. My food was bought out last and after my friends were already done eating. The bun was stale and the fries were soggy. : not only was the lady that wasn’t even serving us rude to Cheryl. She came up to Cheryl again saying “ what did you just say to me ma’am? “ with a snarky snarl. Cheryl hasn’t said anything. Your server was taking our order. The waitress that interacted with Cheryl was just already expecting to pop off.SIDE NOTE. People throw sticky ducks onto the ceiling and one of the sticky rubber ducks fell onto our table while dinning. (who knows how old and dirty it was)Our actual server was fantastic but the owners are rude and the other server was looking to start an argument. Your server apologized and admitted to being rude to Cheryl. Yet you still go after Cheryl as an owner to an establishment? Childish and unprofessional.Glad we’re from out of town because we wouldn’t be returning ever.Reply: we didn’t say how good it was… you asked if everything was good and we said yes and that was the end of our conversation. No one apologized to any of y’all for anything. Are you drunk or just delusional? Either way you’re rude.

The service was top-notch! Very friendly and attentive! Big Sexy took a turn around the restaurant speaking with random tables. A nice personal touch. The food. I had the juiciest cheeseburger in Springdale! Fresh toppings! It was awesome! My husband had the fried ribs and they didn't disappoint! Seating available inside and out. We highly recommend you try Big Sexy. Great food, friendly service, and a wonderful atmosphere!

Food was okay. From the looks of the pictures on Yelp, I would have thought the burgers were over the top. Kind of dry, tastes like the meat is from frozen. The fries are not home cut. Definitely from frozen. The staff was very friendly and the chef even came to talk to each table. Lastly, there is so much smoke in the place that it's a shirt burner when you leave. May not have great exhaust fans. The flies at our table were terrible. We did not have the milkshakes, but those did look amazing.

Looking for a place that has more expression than Madonna in 1985...? Don't go for second best baby put this burger to the test. Interior design that meets the taste buds, you leave knowing a bit more about the love that goes into special spots like this. Kid friendly mom approved, dad bloated... should not have had the shake but could not pass it up.
