Not what it was for a long time. Shop of interior very old baked. No big picks. Brötchen afternoons or evenings often pappy.

A very good bakery. Here is still baked with natural sour vinegar... Everything is very fresh and cheap. A normal bun for 36 cents... where do you get this in a bakery today? The cake selection is also very large and delicious. MY BANK EBEN!!!

The shops have come a bit in the years, but there is the best bread in the region!!! Long fresh and tasty. There is none of the “big” chains.

Very good and fresh assortment... The staff is very nice and accommodating. I've gone to Schomps as a kid, and I'm glad the bakery's been around for a long time. The Gersterbrot and the poppy cake are highly recommended... The stand-up coffee is expandable and would certainly be a win for the Springer Downtown...

The bread is unbeatable and of course the chocolate cake with pudding. There are childhood memories. If I'm in Springe again, I'll have to take some stock.
