The food and service was fantastic! The reason for the low rating is the place was a mess. The food-prep area looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day, the counters by the drink area was dirty and sticky, the floor needed attention and the plantsoutside were dead. Didn't look like anyone takes much pride in the place, which is unfortunate.

This was my first experience here and I was not disappointed at all. The food was great and the service was even better. We ordered the lunch special. The shark bites were perfect and the fresh toppings on the pizza was the best I ever had. of I livedcloser I wold come more often. That said, next time I am in Springfield I will be here.

This pizza was really tasty, and there were tons of veggie options. I just wish they had a vegan protein option.

The crust is delicious. I do wish they took cross-contamination more seriously. However, it's probably similar to other pizza places in this regard, it's just very out in the open. I have noticed lately they've been changing their gloves when I ask for vegan cheese so maybe they're making more of an effort but it doesn't seem like there is often cheese in the marinara sauce. I just ask them to not get any on my pizza.

Pretty good pizza. Love that they have vegan cheese. Didn't really have enough veggies though. The reason I'm giving it a 2 star is because they need to take cross contamination seriously. My family is vegan and is allergic to dairy. The 1st guy that started making our pizza put on fresh gloves, but then before I said that I wanted vegan cheese he touched the dairy kind. The marinara sauce also had dairy cheese dropped in it. The 2nd guy that put on our toppings put on fresh gloves, but when we were choosing our vegetables I saw a lot of cheese and meat dropped in some of the veggies. We didn't get some of the veggies because of that. We didn't like that they used their hands to pick out the toppings. They should use utensils so there is no problem with residue of other toppings if someone doesn't change their gloves. My mother got the same pizza as me and later that night she got sick. In conclusion, we will not eat here again because of the cross contamination unless they start being careful not to drop anything in the other toppings and use utensils to dip out the toppings and cheese. My mother doesn't want to get sick again and I don't want to get sick either. Updated from previous review on 2017-05-08
