Pizza Hut - Springfield

I just called and tried to order a pizza and explained that I had in my grip with another pizza hat and could I please order, he said no, I have a driver who needs help so you have to wait. simple rude and bad customer service.

When I called store manager to express my displeasure regarding missing paid for dipping sauces over several orders and the most recent order not receiving an eating utensil with a pasta order while staying in a hotel the manager Dane told me to call in the morning when his GM was in otherwise to FU OFF! I will never order from there again and will be taking this further! I hope that their calls are recorded!!Tom

Crystal the manager was extremely rude and hung up on me when I was on the phone with her. Then when I called back she of course refused to admit she hung up on me calling me a liar. All over a 70cent marinara since I guess they no longer give them to you when you order cheese sticks

For one best pizza around hands down! Mainly I would like to compliment the night manager that took care of me on the phone I didn’t catch his name but he was amazing in how he handled my situation! My new driver was great!!! I will always go to this Pizza Hut!!

To start the location was not clean, and had a really bad smell. Second the did not get either one of my pizzas correct. Third and last the young man that handed me my pizza was rude
