Texas Roadhouse - Springfield

The honey butter is delicious, and I really enjoy the rolls. It tends to be quite loud there. Definitely recommend trying the steaks!

Texas Roadhouse is a decent steakhouse for the price. I really appreciate their waiting list process through the app. However, my only complaint is that it's an extremely loud restaurant. The acoustics are terrible. Due to the design of the restaurant, noise levels are consistently high, making it difficult to have a normal conversation. I think the general architecture of Texas Roadhouse should be reconsidered to improve this issue.

Typical chain. Had 1/2 rack of ribs that were tender but needed extra sauce which was supplied by our waitress. Husbands steak was cooked correctly. Very attentive service which made me feel somewhat rushed.

Normally love it here. However this time was a let down. Our waiter Joe was very dismissive of us. Only a table of three yet constantly had to try and catch him to get rolls, ranch, and go ask for boxes. Thought maybe he was just busy but he had time to chat with the table next to us. Our food ended up getting cold before we could enjoy due to having to try and catch Joe as he seemingly avoided our table on purpose. We were hoping to save the visit with desert but our check was brought out before we even ate our dinner. Rest of the staff was lovely though.

Everything was perfect and delicious and we had the best server there his name is Jay. We will definitely be back
