Strap Tank Brewery - Springville

The bartenders and food here are great, but parking is tricky! The parking lot is decently large, but I always had trouble finding a place to park because the lot is always packed; even if I come in a few minutes after opening! Besides parking, I have no complaints. The bartenders are great and the food is fantastic! The Mac Cheese was my favorite, but be careful it is a heavy meal! My dog had no complaints about what I could?t.

Nice place to enjoy food with friends was a bit cold, especially the Pommes, but the waitress immediately brought new hot to the table. Great attention and normal price. Anyway, she'll be back soon.

It was nice to find this cool little brewery while in town for a conference in Provo. I guess we shouldn't be surprised by the lack of brewery, but that's the only one in the area. It has a really cool motorcycle theme that I enjoyed. The beers were decent, but nothing really excellent. My favorite was the Ricardo Negra. If you like Amber-Lagen, that's a pretty good one. My friend took metal breeders there, which is the coolest I saw. It sealed really well and kept beer good for almost 4 days. I still regret not getting any. The food was pretty good. I wanted to eat light, so I just ordered wings there with their dry rods and some frits. Both were very delicious. Your dry run is one of the best I had. If you're in town and looking for a brewery, are you trying this place? just don't stand up and try to walk in hand with any beer? that?s apparently a big no-no that we had no idea about outside the city.

So... the experience lost, there were 5? Tosh was our waitress, literally one of the best experiences I had with a waitress. I ordered the chicken BBQ Gf pizza, and it was sharp. How really sharp. like 3 bites in and I thought I would die (I am also very white others can say that it has a mild kick). She took it back. I felt so okay that I got something else and I could eat and not die. She also kept our drinks full and was very attentive, without being overlaid or angry. Loved this place more bc from her. Also loved the atmosphere, paintings, everything....except the bathroom. last two pictures I published were only the dust in the bathroom. did not make me much of a difference, but it seemed to be in a place that is so well connected. Altogether, LOVED IT! Gluten free burgers and pizza options and can not wait to come back to tell us the gluten-free lava cake Tosh, but I was too busy trying!

Such a fun place and almost too many good things to chose from on the menu. I went with the nachos with no meat. They were great. We also had the fried pickles and they were fantastic. They aren?t the pickle chips where the batter falls off as you?re trying to eat them. They are whole pickle spears with batter that sticks while you?re eating. I will definitely get those again. They also have an impossible option for the burgers which is probably while I?ll try next time. My husband got the the crab jack sandwich with sweet potato fries. He said the sandwich was amazing and I had some of his fries and they were fantastic. It?s a little pricey but totally worth it
