A&W - St. Albert

The guy at the front is very commanding and rude. I watched him overcharge an elderly man and grandson by ringing in their items separately instead of making it a combo when the elderly man asked, Why is it so expensive? (almost $22 for two Mama burgers, one fry, and one water), the counter guy just said, Because. Earlier, the pair inquired what was in the Uncle burger, and the counter guy said, Everything. Just, everything. Very condescending tone of voice. He should not be the face of the counter and I can only imagine what he 's like in the back.

Worst A&W for both delivery and pickup, crazy wait times for skip and if you choose to pick up your order you get told you need to wait 20 minutes to even order for them to complete skip orders.

Great food and quick service always with a smile! Hot and fresh!!

While having never ate at a Waffle House in my life, this is what many would consider to be the Canadian equivalent. The food is always fresh, delicious and just bomb as hell. The customer service can be hit or miss, depending on who's manning the register. The Tim Horton's next door is the exact opposite with it's food and overall vibe. The drinks are nice there though, but you can't beat the A&W Root Beer.
